  • Do you frequently have itchy eyes, mouth, nose or ears? And is this getting worse with time?
  • Do you sneeze or feel ill when you smell perfume, cleaning products, paint, petrol or insecticides?
  • Have you developed any rashes on your body (body, scalp)?
  • Have you become sensitive to any products that previously were not a problem (skin care, shampoo, cosmetics, washing powders)?
  • Have you noticed that digestive problems (bloating, gas, cramps, constipation, diarrhea) are worsening as time goes on?

There are a number of conditions that a combination of tiredness and allergies may indicate, depending on other accompanying symptoms. Read through the following list and click on the highlighted conditions that you relate to the most. You may not experience every symptom in the list and there may be more than one condition that you relate to.

If you also experience frequent abdominal bloating and gas; food allergies and intolerances - this may indicate leaky gut syndrome.

If you also experience the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome as well as fungal infections; hypoglycemia; sugar cravings; poor memory and concentration - this may indicate candida overgrowth.
