If you are also tired when you first wake up; feel tired after exercise; lead a very hectic life now or in the past; experience chronic allergies, inflammation or digestive problems - then this may indicate adrenal exhaustion.

If you also experience low moods (not necessarily depression); constipation; difficulty losing weight; feel the cold easily - this may indicate an under-active thyroid.
